The idea is to gratify sales persons and partners directly in proportionate co-relation to the quantity of products each of them has been able to sell within these three months. The incentive will be a monetary reward which can be accumulated by each partaking member, who is registered to the D-Link channel partner portal. The points collected will be accredited to the partners’/sales persons’ partner portal account. The products included in the promotion are D-Link's "Green" switches, which enable users’ energy savings of up to 70% - depending on the work environment.

D-Link's series of "Green Switches" has been introduced to the Middle East and African market early in 2008 and represents only a small share of D-Link's "Green" products, which further include routers, IP cameras, NAS, etc. and are all part of the company's drive to foster environmental awareness in the Middle East and Africa region while educating the market about D-Link offering the right solutions for a healthier planet.

"We aim to provide sales people with a special benefit, since they are the closest to our end customers. They take the feedback about our products and know the customers' specific needs. This promotion helps us to address two of our main objectives, the first one being the enhancement of the perception of our environmentally-friendly line of networking products, and the second objective being the betterment of our relationship with our partners to raise their motivation through the help of an appropriate rewarding program", says Harrison Albert, regional sales director at D-Link Middle East and Africa.

The promotion will be valid for registered SI Partners in GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE), Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Yemen, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mauritius, Madagascar and Afghanistan. To participate, please sign up to the D-Link channel partner portal: http://partner.dlink-intl.com or, if you are already a member with the D-Partner portal, login to your account with your existing username and password.
